To make sure that every reporter and developer understands what each of the statuses mean, here's the list:
- new: no developer has read the report yet.
- feedback: we need more information.
- confirmed: the bug has been observed by a developer or somebody able to create a fix.
- assigned: the bug is being hunted by someone.
- resolved: the bug hunter has issued a fix.
- closed: the reporter has found the fix to work.
For feature requests, "acknowledged" and lower mean that the team still must decide if the feature will be implemented. "Confirmed" and higher means that it will be implemented in the future. |
